I love this place and have had many decent meals here but recently I had a negative experience using the bathroom. My children who are 3 1/2 and 5 1/2 cry and start to panic if I even mention taking them to the bathroom because of the horrifyingly LOUD hand dryers. Sure, it saves paper and gets your hands dry in 15 seconds or less...but my children are now so traumatized by how extremely eardrum shattering this dryer is (not to mention I also am in shock for the first few seconds and have to plug my ears) -- My kids no longer willingly use the bathroom at restaurants that have these dryers. They will pee in their pants before they enter the restroom. In fact, I took my reluctant child into the bathroom because he just decided he would pee his pants instead of using the restroom, and he started screaming and plugging his ears as soon as we opened the door. When I finally got his pants down to change him he peed all over the walls and the floors uncontrollably. Not only is this totally UNLIKE my kid to behave, but I couldn't find anything but flimsy toilet paper to clean it up. I pretty much used the rest of what was in the dispenser. I told the manager about it and he said that he's saving paper. I get it. I really do - you won't meet a bigger conservationist than ME, but PLEASE give us an option with paper towels in a room that small. In retrospect I should've just left the urine all over the place to make a point... but that would be wrong. The manager should have acknowledged my horrific experience and apologized. Instead he just sort of shrugged and stated that people needed to be able to dry their hands. What's wrong with the smaller units that take a tad bit longer. Seriously, the volume alone on that thing may have done damage to my child's eardrums. Totally unnecessary.

I fell in love tonight with this diner and our waitress Amanda. The food was very tasty, Grecian Chicken baked to perfection... combo of spices and olive oil, tender juicy chicken and roasted potatoes. I tried the crab soup and it actually had lumps of crab meat in it! The service was exceptional. The place was packed and our waitress juggled many tables with ease, she was a true professional and made our dinning experience with her quick wit, fantastic service and beautiful smile. We will be back... Maybe even tomorrow!

My name is Nicole F. and I used to work at the Hollywood Grill for almost 5 years. And I just now went on the website and I read not 1 bad comment about that place. And yes the food is amazing but what people don't see and know is how hard the owners Phil, and Jimmy do work to have that place the way it is and keep having people coming back for 2nds and 3rds. Those men are the most dedicated hard working people Ive ever seen an met. not only do they make everything fresh from scratch daily and that is the cleanest work place Ive ever been employed to. Thats why that place is always packed with customers!!!That place will always feel like home to me. So way TO GO Phil and Jimmy!!! Thats so awesome that you guys have that many people saying all those great things about your bussiness. its mostly all 5 star comments!!!

I love the Hollywood Grill. From the breakfast items, such as pancakes or scrambled eggs, to their sandwiches and entrees, the food is tasty and portions are large. I just discovered the great hot open-faced turkey sandwich! I'll be back for more. Love the carrot cake dessert, too!

My wife and I went to the Hollywood grill for the first time over the weekend. Our friends have raved about this place for a while and we finally went. What were we waiting for???!!! We had a wonderful dining experience. The food was delicious. I had a turkey entree and my wife had stuffed tilapia. It was really good. You get a lot of food for the price. The resturant was clean and our waitress, Amanda, was on-the-ball. We never had to wait for a re-fill, our food came out in a timely manner and she was so nice and accomodating. We have found a new fovorite place to eat. We will be back again and again.

My wife & I really enjoy their salads. They range from the usual to very special, but all fresh & well put together. There is so much variety to the veggies that we are careful to ask "what in it' so we can exclude any we do not particular like.

Hollywood Grill - superb breakfast experience with value and quality. Great diner atmosphere that has overall grand american fare. Oatmeal that rocks, fresh fruits, plates that come to the table hot and high. No one is better in the area. We come from PA to enjoy!

Convienient to my hotel, I was just like "I gotta eat". Off into an unknown I went. I took my order to go. Hot Wings and a Gyro.

The wings were tasy and hot. Ample quantities of blue cheese is provided.

The gyro, though, was out of the kitchen first. By the time the chicken wings made it into the bag... and the bag back to my hotel (not even a minute walk) the Gyro and Fries were cold. (not warm... Cold). The wings, on the other hand were piping hot. The kitchen needs to work at timing the to-go orders better. (the reason for the 3 stars on the food.)

The food was tasty, if cold, and ample Ketchup, salt, peper, napkins, etc. Are provided.

I thought it was a bit expensive for what I ordered.

If you are staying the the Best Western and need something quick to bring to the room to eat it's a good choice. I don't know that I would go out of my way for it though.

A great local favorite with quality food at great prices, friendly attentive staff and swift food service. I eat here often since moving to Talleyville and it has become a favorite haunt (kind of like home away from home). Great artwork of the golden era of Hollywood decorates the walls. Go, you and the family will enjoy it! And by the way, everything is good, but the soups are FANTASTIC! Especially the crab soup!

Love those crab cakes....real crab meat and so huge that you gotta have a "doggie bag"...but that's ok. Taste better the next day as leftovers. The price is right for lunchtime and it's right across the street from my workplace. A nice place to have lunch with coworkers.

Neighborhood favorite. Fast, friendly service. Great bang for your buck. The quality of the food coming from the kitchen amazes me. Long-time waitresses know everybody. They have a liquor license, and also provide take-out service.
