Another diner thought the wait staff shold be friendlier. This is a cultural thing. Most of the staff probably were not born in the USA. They are respectful, quiet and hard workers. As apposed to many (but not all) young persons here who behave somewhat like clowns while on the job. Talk, joke around, move in slow motion and generally do not deserve their pay check. The Golden is indeed Golden. The decor much more pleasant than most. The food delicious. Numerous dishes we haven't even tried yet, and we dine there twice a month. We just like our favorites so much that we tend to fill up on them.We like to take our great niece and nephew with us, they like to play with the chop sticks and they try different foods there
because it's fun. I whole heartedly think you can't go wrong at the GOLDEN BUFFET.

One of my favorite restaurants. The food is fantastic and the Chinese setting is beautiful.

overall the buffet is right on the money. With typical menu items like Cashew Chicken, Egg Rolls and such. The standout though is the Snow Crab legs! They do have a mixed variety of items from fresh fruit and even soft serve ice cream. My only complaint is the bathrooms are always a mess and the servers can be a bit more friendly but they are on point with re-fills!

me and my husband go their at least every couple of weeks for dinner and lunch also, all the food is hot and their is lots of it. and you have a lot of diff. foods to chose from the ladys bathroom could stand a remodel, but other than that i would and do tell all my family and friends to go their all the staff is very friendly and will help you in any way they can. love to go to eat their and it is close to my home also which is good. and they are open on most hoildays also and that makes it very nice to take your family their if you dont want to cook on a holiday.

Good food, nice and hot. Didn't get the MSG hangover like most Chinese buffets give you. Been there 3 times now and have experienced pleasent dining so far. The Hot and Sour soup is top notch.

Reasonably priced Chinese buffet restaurant, no menu. Facility was bright, high ceilings, Chinese decorations, clean in the dining area, but the women's restroom was beat up and apparently not maintained during the day (overflowing garbage, wet around the sink). As of 09/07, reasonably priced - $10 for adults and kids over 9 yrs old and $5 for kids under 9. They are gracious hosts and handle kids well. Huge selection of Chinese meats, a Mongolian B-B-Q available (didn't try, but looked fresh and the guy cooks it in front of you), several soups, rice, and noodle options, sweetened rolls, a few American favorites (pizza, deep fried chicken wings, deep fried battered fish), desserts (fresh fruit, pudding, cakes, soft vanilla and chocolate ice cream, sugar coated nuts, and cookies). We went once and thought it was great, but had digestive upsets afterward. We thought it was a fluke until we went a second time and had the same experience. Many/most meats and other dishes are fried and most seem over flavored and over artifically colored to the point of it not looking like a meat dish (way too sweet and too red being the most common problems). All of the staff is Chinese with very limited English. That's not a huge problem given the buffet, but trying to communicate is difficult if you need replacement silverware, need to advise a problem, or order beverages. I don't think we'll go back.

Lots of variety in their selections. Friendly staff. Exceptional value. Good place to met friends and family.

This place is AWESOME! I love it! I go there all the time and it never gets old! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

it is a chinese buffet.. what do you expect. If it is busy, then the foos is fresh and good, if it is not peak eating time, it tends to be a little over done.
