This cafateria use to be very consistent in quality and taste. The last 4-times the food has been really getting bad. The liver is leathery and the gravy was watery. It was a little after 6 pm they had run out of mac and cheese and were not making any more. Also we were not given a ticket they wrote the number of people on a paper and when we finished we took it to the cashier she did not make a ticket she just told us the total and opened the register and gave us our change. There seemed to be no record of our meal. The place looked like it was starting to run down; it just didn't seem right. We are sad about this because this is the last Furrs' that is set up with servers the others have gone to self serve and we dont' think its' very sanitary. We have seen the way people help themselves if they change their mind they take it out of their plate and put it back or sample from the serving plate. We were hoping some one from corporate could check on this place before it gets shut down we love going there. It is located in Albuquerque, NM on Coors and I-40 interstate. its on Coors S/w
The 2 examples of food that was bad was just a beginning I could list more. I hope you believe me and save this Furr's because it's a very popular place but it will not be for long.
