After reading the artical of you locking in customers for not paying the tip. First let me say 17% for parties of 5 or more is robbery. And second the manager should have listened to them about bad service. I will make sure that I never darken your door step.

After hearing about the automatic tip SCAM, I will never eat there again. Pay your people a fair wage and stop ripping customers off in order to pay your staff. I guess the extra couple of dollars you got was worth all the lost customers and bad press huh- good move

ALL I CAN SAY IS WOW!!!! GREAT FOOD AND SERVICE. THIS WAS THE BEST FILET I HAD IN ANY STEAKHOUSE. MY WIFE HAD THE SNAPPER AND IT WAS TO DIE FOR.
