On May 20, 2002, the Fire Hut Grill and Bar proudly opened its doors to the public, in North Central San Antonio. The idea of Mongolian barbeque seemed challenging, but due to the large population of military personnel in the San Antonio area, it appeared that it might present a unique opportunity to please and serve the public.At the Firehut Grill and Bar, our idea of creating your own healthy, oriental-style stir-fry, lets you create your own unique meal, because each one is composed of just the ingredients that you love. We offer a captivating atmosphere of bright, yet warm colors, and a very friendly staff. The Fire Hut Grill and Bar was and has been an immediate hit, thanks to our many loyal customers. The owners, Jan and Bob, have over 23 years of experience in the food service industry. Previously, they had developed many faithful customers, while owning and operating the Teriyaki Kitchen, in the North Star Mall.
