Denver Restaurant Guide

Went to Dino's for lunch with a group doing a conference on Colfax because I was told it is a Denver institution. Unfortunately we were all disappointed. The pasta sauce was forgetable and servings average. The salad was plain iceberg and little else. The restaurant was dark, like they were trying to hide something. With so many other great Italian restaurants in Denver, skip Dino's.

I consider Dino's to have the best Pizza in town and really love the fact that Dino's has survived the tough times and have been around for over 30 years! I have eaten at the restaurant and have also done take out. The consistency of the pizza and pasta is excellent!

The food is very good for the price and is much better than some of the Italian restaurants in the local area. A comparison to this restaurant to a fast food Italian place is not even fair, Dino's has been around for along time and family owned.

I was sorely disapointed with this restaraunt because the food was just poor quality.
I have eaten in many Italian retaraunts throughout this country and this one does not even compare with Fazoli's which is a fast food Italian Place. The profit margin is high; based on the menue prices but the food is more than poor quality.
Plain bread with your meal no real butter or olive oil dip, instead you get country crock.
The food tasted old and the pieces of sausage and mushrooms in the lasagna tasted very old the cheese was missing; just a lot of noodles and sause, which had no Italian flavor. Our other meal was the combo raviolli and noodles with meat sause badly cooked pasta bad sause. The salad was a small portion of Iceburge letuce if anything else was in it, it was not noticeable.

This place needs a real Italian chef/or cook.

I have eaten at this resturant fro 22 years worked there when I was 18 as a waitress the food is always delicious homeade best ever wayyyy better than any chain italian it has a homie atmosphere and is one of the best small family owned restaurants left HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Everyone I recommend this resturaunt to is absolutley addicted .

BEST ITIALIAN FOOD ANYWHERE.

Use to be one of the best Italian restaurants, but no longer. Don't know what happened but food wasn't good, and cleanliness is terrible. Our food was cold, and the service was terrible. Will go to a "chain Italian" restaurant next time for better food, value and cleanliness.
