When I lived and worked in Dallas in early 2000 I used to go to DC's Cafe for lunch just about every day. I could not find any other lunch spots with food as good as DC's Cafe. The grilled meat loaf, pork chops and candied yams were off the chain! I am sad to know DC's Cafe is no longer in business. Dang it!

DC's has always been a wonderful place to eat. I remember when they first started back on Park Lane next to the Barber College. The grilled pork chops were the best. I begged at the door on sundays for a pork chop cause i knew they were there preparing meals for the homeless. Good food, good people! What a great combination!!!!

Not another place like it on the planet! THAT IS WHERE YOU WILL GET FOOD AS GOOD., IF NOT BETTER THAN MOMS!...Mama says so too!
