The employees there make this place a great spot for a quick healthy meal for my kids. They go out of their way to make you feel welcome and even get to know you on a personal level when you go there a lot! Great experience and love some of the employees!

The proprieter of the store overcharged me. In the few seconds I had to pull out my credit card, I couldn't figure out why the bill seemed higher than it should be, because I was distracted by the man's rather derogatory remarks about other customers not getting it right either. I was not provided with an itemized receipt, just a total credit card bill. But I referred back to the menu board after sitting down to figure out how much the difference was. When I sought a correction for paying for more food than I received, his response was callous and uncaring. When another customer who witnessed the exchange caught me on my way out the door saying she'd just been overcharged by him as well with the same rude response, I went back to get the franchise phone number off the register. When the man, who claimed HE WAS the proprieter, realized my intent to find a phone number to make a complaint, he did his best to intimidate me in a rude and condescening manner and further directed his employee to antogonize me. Considering the outright hostility of the Castle Pines, Colorado Subway proprieter and his team, I wouldn't recommend anyone eat here willingly. It isn't worth being antagonized to help keep THEM in business, when we can easily keep ourselves out of hunger by going to more genuinely customer oriented restaurants who charge what they say and ring it all up for you to see before you provide payment. The other gal who'd been mistreated was the only other customer besides me with a child so they get 1 star for "Kid Friendly." Discrimination? Child sur-charge? Tip/gratuity extortion? The last time I experienced tip extortion in a restaurant, I was an American tourist in a third world country. This was a high income U.S. neighborhood store. I don't understand how nickel and diming their customers will further their long term interests as a member of a reputable franchise. In short, the conduct of the store owner was absolutely shocking.

The Church is just the Best. Excellent food, excellent service - very nice. It's an old church, ask to be seated in the confessional. Fun. 5 stars.

If you don't drink, don't go to Sienna. We were not treated well and after dinner were asked to take our ice tea into the lounge so they could turn the table. The food was just OK; the service was hurried and spotty. And

We've eaten at Angies since coming to Castle Rock some 10 years ago and have always had great food... Mike's homemade pasta is some of the best I've eaten!
