a diner from jasper,al
it is bad you have to clean you table before you go back for 2 and no i didnt leave no tips and we will not going be going back to eney ryans no more this is the secound time this hoppion to us and im tell people about the bad services we got from ryans in jasper AL 2009 highway 118 east jasper AL 35501.. that is sad of bad seveice.
WE VISITED THIS RESTAURANT ON WEDNESDAY AROUND 12:30/1:00 AND WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THE FOOD! IT WAS NOT ONLY TASTLESS BUT IT WAS COLD AND OBVIOUSLY BEEN UNDER THE LIGHTS FOR AN EXTENDED PERIOD OF TIME! THE BREAD WAS HARD , THE MEATS WERE DRY AND HARD ,THE ONLY CHICKEN (DARK MEAT) WAS DRY AND HARD AND TASTED AS IF IT HAD BEEN COOKED IN OLD OIL ( I HAVE FRIED FOODS FOR OVER 40 YEARS) THERE WERE NO WHITE MEAT AVAILABLE EXCEPT A WING AND THEY WERE UNDERCOOKED(BLOOD IN CENTER!) THE SMELL FROM THE CRAB SALAD WAS VERY STRONG AND SMELLED SOUR. I WAS SO DISAPPOINTED AS I ALWAYS LOOK FOR A RYANS DUE TO THEIR USUAL GOOD FOOD AND SERVICE. I COULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS RESTAURANT AT ALL.
