 We had the best breakfast at Kens-two days in a row. We also highly recommend the mac nut pancakes and waffels with the coconut syrup. We also liked the variety of food choices-they have everything. Go if you get the chance!!!!

 Best Food on the Hilo side. Best Mac Nut Pancakes, best pancakes anywhere, best omlets.

 Very broad menu - surprisingly so. Friendly staff, quick service. Only suggestion - make is smoke free!

 Great for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. We ate breakfast there everyday. Liked it so much we decided to have our Thanksgiving dinner there and that too amazingly was great. Unbelievable number of choices on the menu and it is all delicious. Almost bought a "Kens" tee-shirt but didn't get around to it. Regret that now. In fact I am writing this nearly 2 years after our Hilo visit in search of a web site for this restaurant to hopefully purchase a shirt. Saw this opportunity to spread the good word about this place. Walking distance from a bunch of the tourist hotels.
