Employees were very friendly, a little more money than other fast food, but so much better.

It's ok. It just takes too long. And the people are bad mouthing customers on their intercom and we who are in line outside in the drive thru? WE can hear it. Not very professional.

Tried new JBX. Dining area is so small one can hardly move. Who needs a fireplace in Bakersfield? Takes up space. Loud singing by crew who didn't know the words. Bread so tough it was difficult to bite. Too expensive. Will not go back!!!!! Love the original Jack in the Box.

I live by the Jack In The Box in Rancho San Diego on Jamacha Rd. and have bought food ther, since it located right by my apt., frequently. Many times I have received inferior food. The last time I was there, I bought two Jumbo Jacks and asked for extra sauce. I received a totally dry hamburger with no pickles, dried out lettuce and no tomatoes. I understand that tomatoes are in short supply but the other fast food restaurents are still putting tomatoes on their burgers. This particular restaurent has consistantly served inferior food and I do know that for a fact since I used to go there regulary. I now go to the Jacks on second street in El Cajon where the service and food is much better. I hope that someone will look into the Rancho San Diego Jacks as it is a good location and should provide better service and especially better food. I am hopping that you will send someone out to solve this problem as this Jack is so convenient to many people in the Rancho San Diego area.
