Restaurant Description
 Joseph Freyre, owner of "Joseph's Fine Dining", has been in the restaurant business for over 25 years working in many five star hotels and restaurants. Joseph completed his culinary training at "Del Webb Culinary Institute" in Phoenix Az. He went on to become Maître D' of the prestigious Garden of the Gods Club for 5 years. After great success at the Garden of the Gods Club, Joseph spent 15 years at the Broadmoor Hotel in Colorado Springs, Colorado, a Five Star Five Diamond Hotel in the area. At the hotel, he acted as Maître D' of the famous Penrose Room for over 10 years and saw many successes during his tenure. During his time with the Broadmoor, his expertise on table side preparation helped Joseph to become the official trainer of the Broadmoor Hotel wait staff. Joseph has since owned and operated several restaurants including "Joseph's Hatch Cover" and the popular "Manitou Pancake and Steak" which he currently co-owns with his brother Luis. Josephs' passion for fine dining and cuisine has led him to open Joseph's Fine Dining. Using his history in fine dining and his culinary expertise, Joseph has created a menu at his new location where he mixes the world of old table side flambé cooking with nouveau cuisine sure to suit the tastes of even the most discriminating diner.

 This is our new favorite restaurant & it should be yours as well.
Upon entering the parking lot & seeing a so-so looking exterior we did not know what to expect, but once we walked inside it was the decor, the lighting, & the personality of the our waiter (RICK) that immediately overwhelmed us.
To say that this was the best meal (we had the Pepper Steaks) & the best service we have had in our 35 years of marriage doesn't do Joseph's justice! Do yourself a favor & add JOSEPH'S to your "Favorite Places to Dine" List, then we're sure you'll add RICK V. (our server) to your "Most Unbelieveable & Most Unforgettable Servers" List!

Nosh is NOT trying to compete with KFC...duh! It's a relaxed, hip place with great decor and a pretty creative array of small plate options. The sweet potato fries are a real treat, and the beet salad is a piece of art.

I took my office to this place for lunch and was completely embarrassed by the food. The portions were small the price high and the taste low. I stopped at KFC afterwards as did many of my staff members.

Killer green chili! Awesome fresh cooked food - This place hooks up the best food west of the Mississippi. you got to try this place. Just look for the purple castle or go to the new larger location 6 blocks north.
