The Good Egg is a great breakfast and lunch diner. They have really great specials especially for their text club members. BOGO (buy one get one free) meal days are awesome! Very friendly staff and prompt service.

The Good Egg does not serve steak and eggs nor do they have an Arizona Burger. The review below is bogus. The Good Egg is an excellent breakfast/brunch/lunch establishment.

This is just kind of a comment on the review above... I work at the Good egg in question. We dont serve steak and eggs, we dont have an Arizona burger, and the uniform covers most of my body.... including the midriff!! I think maybe the reviewer above has the wrong restaurant in mind....

One of the owners was at the hosts station when I arrived. He had no smile and rudely asked how many. Once again, without a smile he signaled for me to follow him to a table. He simply pointed to the table when it was in sight and handed us 2 menus rather than walking us over. Once there a very bubbly server came to take our orders. She was a decent server. Next I browsed the menu. The food was very expensive. 8 and nine dollars for an omelet. $6.50 for a BLT. That stands for bacon Lettuce and Tomato between bread. It did come with a choice of a side of fries or cole slaw but that was all. Hardly worth the money in my opinion. My fiancé ordered Steak and Eggs with orange juice and water. I did not taste her dish but she complained the meat was very dry. Her comment was "How can you have steak with a pink center and dry at the same time?" I ordered the Arizona Burger and water. The Arizona Burger has avocados but isn't that the California Burger? Because avocados are synonymous with California. Anyway. I asked for my burger to be cooked well. It came to me mostly pink. I asked for a salad on the side and for the most part it was bland but they did have good vinegar for my oil and vinegar dressing. The restaurant was very noisy and the servers were all ditsy girls showing off their midriffs. Is that even sanitary? My fiancé commented, "perhaps when customers come with their boyfriends or husbands they do not want to stare at the server's bellies while they eat?" The bill came out to about 35 bucks after taxes and tips. My fiancé thought everything was quite bland and asked that we never go back. I agreed. We did not ask to take the leftovers to go. As we left the owner just watched us walk out without a word.

Great breakfast and lunch! We prefer sitting outdoors when the weather permits. Do not forget to let the cashier know you want a table outside.
