 Good Italian deli, down sides are a long wait, lack of availability of listed menu items, even when slow. Prices are low for the portions, and the food is good.

I phoned in an order to be picked up, I called at 11:00 when they opened and they said it would be over an hour wait as their ovens were already full!! I placed the order anyway- I had ordered 3 grinders and one calzone. When I arrived an hour later, my order was not ready. I still had to wait 15 mins. The service was horrible and they seemed to be very disorganzied. I was not happy. I was going camping so the food would not be eaten until later. Well, when we went to eat the food, first of all there was no cheese in the calzone, the rost beef grinder was fatty and the chicken cutlet grinders were over cooked. I was very disappointed, a calzone with no cheese??? Needless to say, we will not go back to that deli anytime soon, if ever.

West Main isn't as good as it used to be and back then is wasn't that good. So don't go there uness you're in a hurry. In my opinion Elvis Pizza is better. Never new albanians made good pizza.

true there are too many pizza places in Plainville but West Main has totally gone down hill. I was just there and it was terrible. I used to go there for a few years but it has just lost it's edge. I like 1st and last so much better!

Food was always respectable when the order is processed correctly.
On 2 occasions we had wrong pizza provided, on 3rd occasion, they had no record of our call for take-out, and offered no concession when we then had to wait :30 minutes on site. T...

Apparently the previous reviewer doesn't like P*T*R for some reason, but then he complained about a "hassel," whatever that is. Anyway, Plainville has about six billion pizza places, and West Main is one of the better ones. I've eaten there only once...
