This restaurant is located at the Connecticut Trolley Museum. We visited in early September and had a great time riding the trolleys and seeing the exhibits in their Visitor's Center building. The food at the Whistle Stop was good, prices were more than fair, and the atmosphere was perfect as we could see and hear the trolley cars operating.
