I found the place dirty the bathroom is where the wait staff smokes i saw a roach on the wall and the owner yelling at the waitress till she cried i will never return

I ordered a chicken wing dinner with home fries. The wings were really small with hardly no meat on them, potatoes tasted re-cooked. When I called to complain, they wouldn't do anything for me because I didn't call them the same day! It was only a few days later. This is unacceptable. They must not mind losing customers, nor getting bad referrals! Not very customer friendly!

Lost our take out order, gave to someone else. Way over priced for quality of food. Mostacciolli was tough almost unchewable. no soup with dinnner purchase. No wheelchair access to smoking area, bathrooms and waiting area very small. Will not return

I have been eating at this restaurant about once a week now for years I find staff to be great and food is always good as for the previous review about smoke maybe they were just at a smoking table

This place has been here forever, and it is still the same excellent quality that I remember. I have always had excellent service, the portions are huge, and food is fresh and has a great value. I bring my 2 year old, and they are always kid friendly - have a variety on kid menu. Maybe previous reviewers were having an off night. Not typical.

this restaurant is discusting. the tables were sticky, waitress smelled like smoke, did not treat my kids good at all, and did not take care of any of my needs. i only got 1 refill, and it was watered down pop, food was cold and not good. i was not happy with this restaurant at all.
