If you don't like the freshest sushi, you can always go with the tempura vegetables with either grilled chicken or beef. Miso soup is excellent. Service can be a little slow, so prepare to wait - it's worth it. I like the Dragon roll. There is also a nice sushi bar.

Yuzen, owned and operated by Mr. Hanamoto and his family, has a varied menu, excellently prepared. The wonderful sauces used are prepared in-house and everything is fresh, cooked to perfection and served by attentive waitpersons. The sushi bar is also excellent. This is the finest Japanese restaurant at which I have ever dined and it remains a favorite. Highly recommended.
