We used to eat at the Whippany Diner every Sunday, but the new owners are not good restaurant managers. Previous owners and staff were excellent, and knew how to run a great diner. Food is now only average, at best. A total renovation of ownership, food and interior should be on the menu.

We love it there! The staff is prompt and attentive and friendly. The food is always great (and the best value around!)

We love the Whippany Diner! The food is always good the service is excellent and the staff is always willing to help!! Could use a little updating but all in all excellent value for the money...

My husband and I eat at the Whippany Diner EVERY Sunday....You could not ask for better food...Delicious,fast prompt service and always friendly...Could use a bit of updating but other than that we LOVE IT!

My experience here was one of the worst i have ever had in 40 years of eating in diners.I waited 30 minutes for a waiter to come to my table.I order a cb deluxe medium well and it came out rare and tasted tainted.My waitress actually had an arguement with me about it and refused to change it.The lady who is manager here was the only thing i couldn't complain about,she seemed friendly although her son is a jerk.
