Food was always respectable when the order is processed correctly.
On 2 occasions we had wrong pizza provided, on 3rd occasion, they had no record of our call for take-out, and offered no concession when we then had to wait :30 minutes on site. The final straw was waiting with my family in the lounge area for :15 minutes with no human acknowledgment. I then stood at the sparsely attended bar for another 5 minutes while the middleaged (no doubt family-member) bartender absolutely ignored me. We promptly left and have never gone back...CAVEAT EMPTOR!!

West Main isn't as good as it used to be and back then is wasn't that good. So don't go there uness you're in a hurry. In my opinion Elvis Pizza is better. Never new albanians made good pizza.

true there are too many pizza places in Plainville but West Main has totally gone down hill. I was just there and it was terrible. I used to go there for a few years but it has just lost it's edge. I like 1st and last so much better!

Apparently the previous reviewer doesn't like P*T*R for some reason, but then he complained about a "hassel," whatever that is. Anyway, Plainville has about six billion pizza places, and West Main is one of the better ones. I've eaten there only once--usually get take-out and pick it up myself--but the pies are always good and they have yet to mess up an order. (I'll keep an eye out for that "hassel."

NASTY PEOPLE,NASTY SERVICE AND NASTY FOOD..OH YEAH AND DONT GET DELIVERY CAUSE YOU'LL WAIT FOR OVER AN HOUR AT BEST!!!!I DO NOT SUGGEST THAT ANYONE GOES TO WEST MAIN PIZZA..THE OWNER P*T*R IS A JERK AND RUDE..EVERYTIME THEY MESS MY ORDER UP AND DONT EVEN SAY SORRY...I FIGURED AT FIRST ITS A MISTAKE, THEY HAD A BAD DAY BUT THAT IS NOT THE CASE, THEY ARE RUDE AND FOOD IS NOT EVEN GOOD, NOT WORTH THE HASSEL!!!!!!!!!
