To create the warm contemporary atmosphere of Vinology we worked with local designers to maintain the historical attributes of the space while relating the decor to wine education. To evoke the elements of the wine making process we used materials of stainless steel, cork, and glass. Our preservation efforts lead us to restore the tin ceilings and exposed brick walls and create four separate spaces for our guests to enjoy. Vinology has a room for every mood.
Vinology was created with an extensive menu because we are as passionate about food as we are about wine. We believe in using quality ingredients that are fresh and unique to create wine friendly world cuisine. Our menu rotates seasonally with fun and inventive small plates, specialty artisan cheeses, traditional entrees with a nouveau twist, and house made desserts. Bring the little ones along as well, as we've got great selections for kids, too. There's something for everyone at Vinology.
At Vinology, kick back, relax, experiment, and have fun while you educate your palate and savor the offerings.
Let us bring the charm of wine and much more into your life.

I was greeted warmly and seated promptly. The Dark German Ale was absolutely fabulous. The service was excellent. I had a fantastic Cajun seafood gumbo for dinner. The fresh whole grain bread completed the experience
We attended this restaurant for my daughter's 18th birthday. We had a pleasant meal with very attentive, professional service. Waitstaff was very flexible in order to meet our needs. They honored their advertised reduced
Great subs - awesome experience. I'd be tempted to open on in Saline or Chelsea as it would be a great addition. They are the pricier than say a Subway, but it's a higher price sub.
