About Varro

Marcus Terentius Varro, a prolific writer and satirist, sought in his writings to link Rome's future with its glorious past. He is often credited with saving Italian and Roman history. Varro seeks to infuse a bit of that same whimsical Italian culture and spirit into the Seattle coffee, beverage and food scene.
Varro is an Italian Bar located in Seattle's, Capitol Hill neighborhood. We serve lunch/brunch Saturday and Sunday along with great Italian espresso and Dinner seven days per week from 4pm to close.
