Chicken Express Fast Food 5501 Rowlett Rd, Rowlett (972) 463-4646  known for their "sweet" tea. the chicken strips are terrific. friendly staff, especially if you get one of the older folks instead of the kids. food is fresh, and most of the time things like okra are cooked to order so it's not greasy.
