#2	Blossom American Regional, New American, Seafood 171 E Bay St, Charleston (843) 722-9200  Atmosphere is very nice, casual setting. Food was very tasty with imaginative presentation. Very attentive service even though absolutely packed. Portions are substantial but don't miss out on the deserts.
