Chang Chow Carry Out & Grocery Chinese 700 South Queen Street, York (717) 845-3000  This place has the best chinese I have had in a long time. the parking lot is always full of mercedes and bmw's. that speaks volumes about the food. Too bad it is carry out only. If they had the room for dining in this place would be a huge sucess.

#2	Golden Dragon Chinese Restaurant Chinese 2444 Eastern Blvd, York (717) 757-1818  NOt a kiddie restaurant with fine dinnerware thats easy to break. Food is excellent and has been around for years. Very traditional.
