Mandarin House Chinese Chinese 10393 W Pleasant Valley Rd, Cleveland (440) 842-7888  This place has been around for a while, and with good reason. The food is great the staff very accomidating, and the overall experience a good one. I recomend this restaraunt to anyone looking for good food at a decent price.
