#3	Maries Restaurant American 4502 Saint Clair Ave, Cleveland (216) 361-1816  The food at Marie's is excellent. It is a small neighborhood restaurant atmosphere serving items hard to find anywhere else such as city chicken, goulash and chicken paprikash. I cannot recommend it enough.
