Coyote's Cafe & Cantina Mexican 4350 East Sunset Road, Henderson (702) 458-3739  My family and I have eaten at Coyote's probably close to 100 times! We love it! The food and service is impeccable and very consistent. We've gotten to know most of the employees and even the owners. We just can't get enough of Coyote's!
