#2	Moscow On the Hill 371 Selby Avenue, Saint Paul (651) 291-1236  What a great place to dine. They have a full page of vodkas to pick from. A gentlemen with an accordian will play american as well as russia songs while you eat. Check this place out. The seating for walk ins is cramped.

Soups, sandwiches, salads, desserts, and pizza are all excellent.
