However, the quality does not suffer.. great coffee. There are also great soups (no soup Natzi here!). Wonderful hummus when they have it.

#3	Moscow On the Hill 371 Selby Avenue, Saint Paul (651) 291-1236  What a great place to dine. They have a full page of vodkas to pick from. A gentlemen with an accordian will play american as well as russia songs while you eat. Check this place out. The seating for walk ins is cramped.

#4	Boca Chica Restaurante Mexicano & Cantin Mexican 11 Cesar Chavez Street, Saint Paul (651) 222-8499  This is some of the best Mexican Food you will ever eat. Best this white boy has ever had. Great stuff! Service is good. In a great Latino area! EXCELLENT! I will be having my wedding supper here.
