New Beijing Chinese Restaurant Chinese 962 Prairie Center Drive, Eden Prairie (952) 934-3455  Great food served hot and plentiful. Service is perfect and prices are just right. They bring the water, tea and condiments right away. It's a clean and bright place to visit. My favorite chinese food in the western suburbs.

#2	Redstone American Grill American 8000 Eden Road, Eden Prairie (952) 903-9500  Fun place to eat Their soups are wonderful as is their corn bread. Lunch is much quieter than evening. Fantastic deck in the summer.

#3	Don Pablos Mexican Kitchen Mexican 11347 Viking Dr, Eden Prairie (612) 914-9365  Good food. Wonderful salsa and chips. Good place to go and relax, especially with a group of friends. Fast service at lunch.
