#3	Penn's Thai Cafe Thai 3658 Rochester Road, Troy (248) 680-0841  I have really enjoyed this resturant over the years and have yet to find a place that server a better Thai meal. The staff is very friendly and gives you that welcome feeling.

#4	Ashoka Indian Cuisine Indian 3642 Rochester Road, Troy (248) 689-7070  Very good blend of spices, not too mild not too strong. I would say top ranking Indian restaurant in Metro Detroit area. I used to love the taste at Rangoli but Ashoka has done better lately.
