China Town Buffet II Chinese, Buffet 211 East County Line Road, Littleton (720) 283-2882  Chinese food as it's supposed to taste. The shrimp dishes are loaded with shrimp unlike a lot of others. Staff is really on top of their game and VERY nice. Their Mongolian is outstanding, the duck is wonderful, and their fried rice is perfect.
