Kisaku Japanese Restaurant Japanese, Sushi Bar, Casual/Family, Banquet/Party Room 47 E. 4th Avenue, San Mateo (650) 347-4121  Have eaten here many times and always had good food and friendly service. A bit noisy and crowded as to ambience, but keep going back because food is good and service is quick.
