#1	Cafe 222 Breakfast 222 Island Ave, San Diego (619) 236-9902  This place has a great variety of breakfast foods, peanut butter banana french toast and the pumpkin waffle are amazing. Interesting decor. If you go on a weekend for breakfast get there early because it is small and the line forms quick.

#2	Ruths Chris Steak House Steak House 1355 N Harbor Dr, San Diego (619) 233-1422  Ruths Chris has excellent fare and the staff were courteous and prompt. The beef was cooked properly as requested. The desert, an apple cobbler and ice cream concoction was exceptional as well.
