Sansei Japanese Restaurant Japanese 1135 E Manning Ave, Reedley (559) 638-9363  My wife's favorite restaurant. I have never had a negative experience. Very nice people. I've never left hungry or disappointed. I love the tempura ice cream. You've got to try it. It's deep fried and dusted with powdered sugar. Mmmmmmmm.
