I've ordered from Basil's for years and have never had a problem with the food or the service. I always find the delivery person friendly and courteous.
NO longer Al-Mall's Recently bought a veal parm sandwich and a Italian grinder, both were awful, gross and inthe trash after the second attempt to bite into the too thick veal, the Italian grinder eater did the same.....
This is one of the best restaurants in RI. Delicious steaks, especially. It's worth the wait (sometimes VERY long) because once you are seated, the service is great and the food is delicious.
