This tops my list of the worst food experiences ever. Everything was bad from the wine to the entrée. For starters, I ordered the Kris Pinot Grigio. It tasted as if it had been sitting opened in the cooler for weeks. My second glass of wine, the Sauvingon Blanc was rancid and actually smelled sour.
When I received my starter, the berry salad, half of the lettuce was brown and they gave me maybe 12 pieces of fruit. The salad dressing had waaaaay too much vinegar in it. The only edible part of this salad was the strawberries.
When I received my entree, the crab cake with orzo pasta, everything tasted scorched. No flavor at all. The crab cake was extremely dry and the orzo tasted like I was eating a scorched pan. I complained and asked for the risotto instead. Was that better??? Hell no!! It looked and tasted like mush!! I wouldn't even feed it to my dog!!!
Speaking of dogs, at the end of our meal, we heard a dog barking inside the restaurant. My waiter said, "Oh my, is that a dog?" I assumed she was going to escort the individual out of the restaurant who had the dog but noooooo!!!! She sat them WITH their dog right behind us!!! And no, we were not outside. Don't get me wrong, I am a dog lover but I don't allow my dog in my space when I'm eating in my house so I sure as hell wouldn't expect anything less from someone else's dog.
Don't ever go to this restaurant. No one from upper management came to us to apologize. I went here a couple of years ago and it was much better. Not sure what happened.
