Tong Fong Low is one of the best Chinese returaunts in the Butte County Area. After being around for almost 100 years --100 come 2012-- you can expect a good quality of food. Known by locals as 'Charlie's' or 'Chop Suey Charlie's', there was originally a Charlie that ran the place, and it is now run by his family, keeping in use the same recipies Charlie used when his resturaunt sold food for a nickle. I highly, HIGHLY suggest you try the 'C' Plate, with hot tea, or Sing Tao beer.
