We went to their new location at Rock & Webb Road. I ordered chopped steak done medium. When it came, it was raw and still cool in the center. Waitress said 'sorry new cook.' Could hear them talking in the kitchen that it was right. They recooked it and cut it into 6 pieces so all the flavor went out of it. Wife was done by the time mine came back out. They would not comp the meal. When I talked to the manager he informed me it was my fault because their new cook only knows how to cook well done and I should have not ordered it any other way and too bad if I didn't like it. I will never go back and would never recommend them to anyone

I dont know how this place is still standing. The food is not all that great. My Tho and Pho Hien is a lot better. The best Vietnamese food in town would be Huong Nam on Harry and Oliver.
