The concept of our establishment is comfort cuisine. We specialize in Northern Italian, French and New American. The name Timbuktu's is a tribute to my Grandfather Allen Lyster who used to tell me when I was a young boy. "If you don't straighten up, I'm gonna kick your butt from here to Timbuktu!" Timbuktu's would like to thank the community for its' fresh, local products that allow us to complete our mission to be a local bar & grill that gives back to the community, something we don't take for granted.
