According to this ice cream fanatic, the Spring Dipper has THE BEST ice cream! It is made with top quality ingredients by a man who certainly knows ice cream. All of the flavors that I tried are excellent and the vanilla is the best I have ever had. My significant other and I have traveled through Mammoth Springs many times just to get ice cream. It is definitely worth the trip. Also, the owner dons a classic ice cream shop hat and is very friendly, which adds to the great experience. I have recommended this place and ice cream to many people and all have loved it.
