a diner from Hartford CT
they automatically charge 20% on four people ???? !!!! and then on the merchant copy receipt had the nerve to have a line for additional gratuity - not a happy camper about - tips are a means of expressing how good the experience was - couldn't send a message either way and I don't tip more than 20%
