Founded in 2005 by owners Edward and Jennifer Manetta, The Reserve is a true family-owned establishment. Even though The Reserve has a warm, small business feel, Ed and Jen are extremely serious about the business of wine and food. Ed has been in the wine industry for 15 years, and in 1999 received his Sommelier Certification from the Guild of Master Sommeliers. Ed also teaches wine classes for the University of California, Irvine.Ed and Jen's long-term goals of creating a European 'corner bistro' feel for their on-site restaurant have only recently been realized.
