Off-the-beaten path, The Pit offers comfortable weeknight dining. The service was attentive and on point. St. Louis ribs were tasty and fell off the bone. While the house sauce was a bit underwhelming the meat was well-seasoned and had good flavor. Side dishes of sauted corn and greens rounded out the meal. Overall, we enjoyed our dinner and the live music performance. Remember, Wednesday is Ladies' Night with coctails being half price. Pit-Master C. Burke visited each table making sure guests were comfortable and well-fed.
