I come here just about every month and I've found it to be consistently great! Each table is in a private booth (the bigger the table the nicer the booth, so come with a group). Fondue takes a long time to prepare and to eat, but the service keeps you entertained for the most part by explaining the process and being very quick to check on your drinks. I actually find the service a little over the top which is why I gave it 4 stars, but everyone who works there is very nice and will cool off if you ask them to. Since it's a long dinner (about 3 hours for 4 courses) it's not great for kids. It's not the cheapest, but you do get free refills on all your dip-ables except for meats. They have a great cocktail selection but it's $10 a pop!
