About The Imperial Treasure
The Charlotte Observer described an upscale dining room with a dumpling-making station and a private party room. Dishes it highlighted include soup dumplings filled with chicken, pork or crab, steamed crystal shrimp dumplings, beef with jalapeño, and Kung Pao chicken.
Seating is limited, and reservations are taken only for parties of six or more. A sister restaurant has since opened in Ballantyne Village in Charlotte.
