A diner from Defiance, OH

My family and I (a total of 11 people) went to eat dinner at The Boneyard in Westlake on June29, 2012. We were celebrating My parents 55th anniversary and my Aunt and Uncle's 46th anniversary. Our family usually goes there about once a month when I am in town. We have never had a problem before.
We were seated in the party room, as that wash the coolest place for my mom, because she uses oxygen. The waitress, Leigha, came and took our drink orders, I ordered chips and salsa and we ordered corn dogs and fries for my grandson. She brought our drinks and took our order, then left for at least a half an hour. We did not see her in our room except to refill an Arnold Palmer with plain iced tea, luckily she left the pitcher on the table so we could refill the other teas. I went to talk to the waitress after 30 minutes and told the hostess that I did not want the chips and salsa if it did not come before the meal. Then Leigha brought our chips and salsa and the corn dogs. After another half an hour we started to wonder what was going on. She just ignored our room. We were ready to call on the phone. She fianally came back and was real beligerant when asked why she did not come in to refill the drinks or tell us that the food was taking forever. She said she had come to bring us food(1/2 hr before). Said they were were very busy. Was not, they did not have enough help.
Finally she started bringing the food. My parents never got there salad before the meal. She gave me my Cobb salad and I looked and it had an 8 inch hair on top of it.. It was disgusting. I brought it to her attention, she said to give it back to her and she went to the kitchen to find out whose it was, cause I wanted to know.
I ordered wings, but was not hungry any more. After that her attitude changed slightly. When she brought our checks I asked if she found out whose hair it was, she said yes, that was the 3rd one that day and she made the girl tie her hair up now. We could not belive it was the 3rd time that day. Disgusting.
We will never be back at this place again and will never recommend it either.
We did get some of our meal comped, but never saw a manager, as I do not think there was one there.
This was the worst experience that we have had at a restaurant, and we all eat out quite a bit.
