A diner from Cleveland, OH
Jul 22, 2011
I have come here with friends on many occasions prior, however this will definitely be the final time. More so, I will make sure that my network of friends know that I will no longer patronize this establishment after the events that occured on Friday, July 22, 2011.
This used to be a great place to come and hang out with friends on a Friday night. This past Friday the experience was less than acceptable!
A gentleman named Mark (self-proclaimed owner, though we had never seen him before) decided it was time to come out and get loud on the (normally utilized) Karaoke set up (he was apparently intoxicated from obeservation and comment by others at the location) When asked him politely to turn it down a bit so we could engage in conversation with our group he became beligirent with one of our party to the point ended up threatening to call police and throw all of us out.
Once outside, I wanted to get to the bottom of what happened, went back inside to find out. He and his partner "Devon" continued on their power kick with threats to call police if we didn't leave. Devon stating how many police he new in Parma, reaching for his phone to call and asking "if we knew who he was". The short answer is "No".
This experience has now been posted on multiple review boards including Facebook. Not sure if it matters, but at least people are warned to look out when these two have command of the ship.
Thank you for the good times and we wish there could be more.
