The Thai Spice Restaurant located in the Seven Corners Shopping Center in Falls Church, Virginia was conceived by renowned Chef Rujiraporn (Lek) Chuvong. Ms. Chuvong has been dishing out tantalizing Thai cuisine through her unique blends of sauces and spice for over a decade. Thai Spice is her latest venture, after successfully patenting and producing her own “Thai Spice Boat” brand of cooking sauces & pastes. She opened the Thai Spice Restaurant to share the unique culture of Thailand with devotees of gourmet dining in Northern Virginia. The menu features a wide selection of classic Thai dishes with a new flare, such as, the Chef’s Signature Salmon, prepared with a unique sauce which blends Thai flavors with American gusto. Also featured are a wide range of curries, such as the Roasted Duck Curry, blending succulent duck, with a coconut milk based curry with fresh pineapple & cherry tomatoes. Drink specials include the “My- ohh’-My Thai” made from the original 1944 recipe, and the “Bangkok Peach”. Thai Spice offers a full world class wine menu.
Just found this Thai-Laotian place, it's easy to miss, kind of a hole-in-the-wall location.
BUT, the food is really good and the service friendly. It's often on the Washingtonian "Best Bargians" list.
Had the Pad Thai (as good as anyone elses)
