I haved dined here often on business. I have had excellent servers and servers that were terrible. The food is good and the atmosphere is good. It is a comfortable place to eat and discuss business without being disturbed. Overall, it is good but could be a lot better.

Issues:
1.The floor around our table had fries on it and my daughter had to brush some off her chair before she could sit down.
2.Had to ask for silverware even after the server went by the table several times and could see my salad was still sitting there without being touched.
3.Had to ask for drink refills
4.We didn’t get a basket of bread like the other tables.
5.I ordered a 16oz Prime Rib and my daughter ordered the 12oz. When they came out, they looked identical and I asked the waitress about ours looking the same. She said they couldn’t be because she put in for the 16oz. I was charged for 2 12oz Primes.
6.Our primes were ordered medium. My daughters was nice and pink, mine was dry and well done.
7.My wife ordered pork chops and asked to substitute a baked potato for the Cajun rice. She was told no, even though Cajun rice and baked potato are both sides on the menu.
8.We were never given a chance or asked to order dessert since our server gave us the bill and said she would take it whenever we were ready.
9.I put my card in bill holder and the server came by and picked it up. She returned the bill to the table and I added the tip, signed it and laid it back on the table so I could finish my meal. She came back over and asked to take the bill. I told her it wasn’t ready and proceeded to write these issues on the back of the slip. I handed the bill to the manager and walked out.

On June the 6th we had a 50th year anniversary dinner at the Kanwaha City location in Charleston, WV around 7pm. There were a total of 9 adults and 4 children. To begin the night it was approx. 90 plus degrees in the restaurant, at 7:45 we had just placed non-acholic drink order. Server never came back with the drinks until approx 8:30 pm. We finally got to place our orders when the drinks were served and it approx was another hour before we recieved our food. Out of 14 people 12 people ordered off the menu and 2 childeren under the age of 2 ordered just fries only and we never recieved those either. When the servers brought out the anniverary cake it was melting and no it was not an ice cream cake. I could go on and on but what it all boils down too is the we reserved the table at 7 pm and 3 hours later we were leaving the reastaurant unsatisfied.

Our last visit was VERY POOR they messed our order up then charged for the wrong order plus the other then trying to fix the situation she got all of us confused and gave the other couple that was with us the discount I am very unhappy with the whole situation that to me was poor service ....
